Job summary

Florida Department of Children and Families seeks an OPS Government Operations Consultant I to support statewide eligibility operations in the Office of Economic Self-Sufficiency.

This role provides direct operational support to case processing, conducting case research and analysis to resolve eligibility issues, ensure compliance with federal and state requirements, and improve processing timeliness and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of public assistance eligibility programs and eligibility determination processes.
• Experience with case processing procedures, workflow management, and quality assurance.
