• Research and resolve discrepancies, system-generated alerts, eligibility errors, and missing information.
• Review cases for compliance with eligibility policies and federal/state requirements.
• Perform case research using Department systems, databases, and reports.
• Identify and address cases approaching processing timeframes and escalate when needed.
• Assist with statewide efforts to reduce pending workloads and improve timely disposition.
• Coordinate with ESS staff to resolve complex issues.
• Develop and maintain tracking for assigned case actions and corrective actions.
