Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of IT support experience related to computer systems hardware and software.
• Two years of Systems Administration experience with server maintenance and ITSM processes.
• Two years of demonstrated proficiency in server hardware and application software installation and troubleshooting.
• One year of experience in change management, problem resolution, and continuous improvement of ITSM processes.
• Experience creating and maintaining thorough technical documentation and ability to lead meetings.
