Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide first line support for the FSE team to resolve issues.
• Support Field Service Team with remote customer support via Zoom and Teams.
• Analyze logs to remotely troubleshoot customer system issues.
• Provide scripts and tools to aid Field Service Engineers in the field.
• Release new field procedures and updates to the field.
• Provide real-time support aligned to time-zone specific locations.
• Condense field issues into engineering problem sets for PE/R&D.
• Review and prioritize field issues for PE/R&D focus.
• Assist evaluating PE/R&D solutions and create field implementation procedures.
