Teradyne in North Reading, MA is seeking a Product Support Engineer to deliver world-class support for semiconductor test products. This role spans global coverage, collaborating with field teams and SW/HW engineering to resolve field issues and improve uptime.

The candidate will participate in new product teams, contribute to DFS design, and help manage field upgrades. 0–2 years of experience, BS in engineering, and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (MFG/ME/EE) or Electromechanical preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience.
• Self-motivated, team-oriented, and hands-on.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work with limited supervision and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Represent PSG as a core team member on existing and new products.
• Collaborate with field team and SW/HW engineering on field issues and escalations.
• Help identify root causes to increase system uptime.
• Participate in new product team meetings and DF design reviews.
• Lead installation and serviceability discussions during design reviews.
• Coordinate field upgrades and manage training for field engineers.
