The Ohio State University is seeking a Systems Manager in the Engineering Technology Services group. You will provide tier 1 and 2 IT support for faculty, staff, students and computing labs in the College of Engineering, deploy images, manage accounts, and ensure assets and policies are maintained.

You will work within ITIL guidelines, coordinate with higher-level teams, and help maintain SLAs while supporting Windows and Apple clients in a dynamic university environment.

Competenze

• 2-4 years’ experience in supporting Windows/Mac in a networked environment.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to explain technical information clearly.
• Familiarity with help desk processes and ITIL practices is desired.

Mansioni

• Provide tier 1 and 2 IT computing support for faculty, staff, students, and labs.
• Deploy images and software, create accounts, and assist with asset inventory.
• Adhere to policies and security/compliance requirements; document solutions.
• Collaborate with tier 2/3 staff for escalated issues and testing.
