Job summary

Mcmillan-Pazdan-Smith-2 is seeking a Systems Administrator to maintain IT infrastructure, cloud services, identity systems, and endpoints across multiple offices. The role emphasizes security, reliability, and proactive issue resolution.

You will lead deployment automation, manage identities, and provide escalation support while collaborating with IT teams. Travel to other offices may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT/CS.
• 3+ years of systems administration experience across servers, identity, endpoints, and infrastructure.
• Experience with Windows Server, M365, AD, Entra ID, and endpoint management.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain servers, cloud services, virtualization, storage, backups.
• Develop, package, and deploy applications including Autodesk AEC suite.
• Manage Active Directory, Entra ID, and access controls.
• Support endpoint management, patches, OS configuration, and device compliance.
• Monitor health, performance, security, and address issues to reduce disruption.
• Perform upgrades, patching, and vulnerability remediation.
• Provide root-cause analysis and escalate complex issues.
• Guide help desk and contribute cybersecurity, cloud, networking, and app support expertise.
• Travel to other office locations as needed.
