Job summary
ClearOne Advantage is seeking a System Administrator to own the day-to-day administration of identity, endpoint, cloud, and business application environments. You will handle helpdesk tickets directly, escalate for Associate Systems Administrators, and lead onboarding and offboarding at scale while contributing to automation, security, and documentation improvements across IT.
The role requires strong AD/Entra ID/M365 experience, Intune/MDM, AWS WorkSpaces, and coordination with DevOps,
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on IT experience, including 4+ years in systems administration.
- Strong hands-on experience administering AD, Entra ID, and M365.
- Experience with Intune/MDM and endpoint patching.
- Familiarity with SaaS apps like Salesforce and DocuSign.
- Scripting experience in PowerShell.
Responsibilities
- Administer identity, access, and Microsoft 365 services.
- Manage endpoints with Intune and patching processes.
- Oversee AWS WorkSpaces and cloud resources with DevOps coordination.
- Lead onboarding/offboarding workflows and audits.
- Handle on-call incidents and IT projects.
