Job summary

Mercer Advisors is seeking a Systems Administrator I to join our Technology team. You will monitor, manage, and troubleshoot cloud-based systems, SaaS apps, and network support, serving as the main escalation point for the service desk and driving infrastructure initiatives.

Responsibilities include managing Microsoft 365, Entra ID, AWS IAM, and cloud infrastructure across Azure and AWS, while supporting security and endpoint management in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in technical support or service desk.
• Familiarity with ITIL-based service management practices.
• Strong security-minded approach and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, manage, and troubleshoot cloud-based systems and SaaS apps.
• Act as primary escalation for service desk and assist infrastructure projects.
• Administer Microsoft 365 (Office, Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Manage Entra ID and AWS IAM, user lifecycle and RBAC.
• Maintain cloud infrastructure across Azure and AWS environments.
• Support zero-trust platform administration and security configurations.
• Configure and maintain office network infrastructure and devices.
