Job summary

Everpure is seeking a dynamic Systems Engineering Manager to lead and inspire a high-performing SLED team, guiding pre-sales Systems Engineers who help top enterprises modernize their data strategies with all-flash storage, cloud, and AI-driven data solutions.

You will coach technical talent, elevate customer outcomes, and shape the future of data-driven enterprises while embodying Everpure values and driving strategic collaboration with sales teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Management experience leading high performing Sales Engineers in Enterprise Accounts.
• 10+ years experience supporting the sales of storage, networking or systems solutions to large accounts and data centers.
• Deep understanding of multi-tiered client/server and web-based computing solutions.
• Experience setting team strategy to acquire prospects and convert them into clients.
• Knowledge of storage architectures (FC, iSCSI, NAS, OSD, SAN).
• Digital transformation to Cloud Native architectures, On-Prem, Public Cloud, Provisioning Automation, and Containers.
• Knowledge of VMware, Networking fundamentals (Ethernet, TCP/IP).
• BS in CS, EE or equivalent experience.
