Everpure (Formerly Pure Storage) is seeking a dynamic Systems Engineering Manager to lead a high‑performing Enterprise team of pre‑sales Systems Engineers. You will guide talented professionals who help top companies modernize data strategies with all‑flash storage, cloud, and AI‑driven data solutions.

This is a role for coaching talent, elevating customer outcomes, and shaping the future of data‑driven enterprises.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing sales engineers in enterprise accounts.
• 10+ years selling storage, networking, or systems to large accounts/data centers.
• Deep knowledge of multi-tier client/server and web-based architectures.
• Experience setting team strategy to win new prospects.
• Knowledge of storage architectures (FC, iSCSI, NAS, SAN).
• Experience with Cloud-native to On-Prem, Public Cloud, automation, containers.
• Strong networking knowledge: VMware, LAN, Ethernet, TCP/IP.
• Excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills.
