Job summary

Everpure, a pioneer in all‑flash storage and data solutions, is seeking a Systems Engineering Manager to lead a high‑performing Enterprise pre‑sales team. You’ll coach engineers, shape strategy, and drive outcomes across storage architectures, cloud, and on‑prem environments.

You will guide RFIs/RFPs, translate customer needs into innovative solutions, and promote market leadership while developing talent and ensuring customer success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience leading high performing Sales Engineers.
• 10+ years experience supporting the sales of storage, networking or systems solutions to large accounts and data centers.
• Deep understanding of multi-tier client/server and web-based computing solutions.
• Experience setting team strategy to acquire new prospects and convert them into clients.
• Knowledge of storage architectures (FC, iSCSI, NAS, OSD, SAN).
• Knowledge of Cloud Native architecture, On-Prem, Public Cloud, Provisioning Automation, and Containers.
• Knowledge of networking basics and broadly how storage and network interconnects perform.
• Excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coach a high‑performing pre‑sales Systems Engineering team in Enterprise accounts.
• Act as an employee advocate focused on team development and high EQ.
• Drive operational excellence and validate technical demand across the team.
