Everpure is seeking a Senior Manager, Systems Engineering to lead the Public Sector team, guiding pre-sales engineers serving US Government agencies and modernizing data strategies with all-flash storage, cloud, and AI-driven solutions.

This technical leadership role emphasizes coaching, strategic sales planning, and delivering exceptional customer outcomes in a fast-growing environment. A security clearance is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of management experience leading sales engineers in US Federal & Intelligence Accounts.
• 10+ years in selling storage, networking or systems solutions to large accounts.
• Deep understanding of US Government IT architecture.
• Experience setting team strategy to acquire new prospects and convert them.
• Knowledge of storage architectures (FC, iSCSI, NAS, SAN).
• Security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Develop people and coach a high-performing team.
• Help craft and execute technical sales strategy.

• Drive operational excellence and define team support processes.
