Job summary

Everpure is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager, Systems Engineering for its Public Sector / Federal team. You will lead a high-performing group of pre-sales engineers who enable the US Government and Defense Industrial Base with all-flash storage, cloud, and AI data solutions.

The role requires extensive leadership, strategic planning, and a deep understanding of government IT architectures, with a focus on customer outcomes and team development.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of management experience leading high-performing Sales Engineers in US Federal & Intelligence Accounts.
• 10+ years supporting sales of storage, networking or systems solutions to large accounts and data centers.
• Deep understanding of US Government IT architecture including multi-tiered client/server solutions.
• Experience setting team strategy to acquire new prospects and convert them into clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor pre-sales Systems Engineers supporting federal customers.
• Develop and execute technical sales strategy for data storage, cloud, and AI-driven solutions.
• Act as an advocate for the team, focusing on development and customer outcomes.
• Refine sales tactics and promote interoperability and testing.
• Deliver deep technical leadership on storage products and architectures (DAS, NAS, SAN).
• Capture requirements, translate business needs into solutions, and respond to RFIs/RFPs.
