Job summary

Everpure (Formerly Pure Storage) is seeking a dynamic Systems Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing Enterprise pre‑sales team responsible for modernizing data strategies with all‑flash storage, cloud, and AI‑driven solutions. You’ll coach engineers, guide customer outcomes, and shape the future of data-driven enterprises.

In this role you will develop talent, refine sales strategy, translate customer needs into solutions, and advocate for the team while aligning with Everpure values.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience leading high performing Sales Engineers.
• 10+ years experience selling storage, networking or systems solutions to large accounts.
• Deep understanding of multi-tiered client/server and web-based computing solutions.
• Experience setting team strategy to acquire new prospects and convert them into clients.
• Knowledge of storage architectures (FC, iSCSI, NAS, OSD, SAN).
• Strong knowledge of cloud native architectures and provisioning automation.
• Knowledge of VMWare, LAN, Ethernet, TCP/IP and networking.
• Excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills.
