Job summary

Terrestrial Energy Inc. seeks a Systems Engineer to lead systems-level engineering for IMSR technology. You will develop requirements, manage interfaces across mechanical, electrical, I&C, safety, and licensing disciplines, and support verification planning in a highly regulated nuclear environment.

The role involves cross-functional collaboration, documentation, and coordination with design, safety, and licensing teams to advance reactor system integration and project milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Nuclear Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Master's degree is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage system requirements for IMSR systems and subsystems in coordination with design engineering, safety, and licensing teams.
• Develop and maintain Interface Control Documents (ICDs) and interface registers to manage system integration.
• Coordinate verification planning and documentation across engineering disciplines.
