Job summary

Impact Networking, LLC is seeking a TOC Systems Engineer to join its Managed IT team under Service Operations in Indianapolis. You will support customer systems infrastructure and desktop computing through incident, request, and change processes, collaborating with end users, internal teams, and vendors to restore service.

The ideal candidate will assist with monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining server, storage, workstation, cloud, and application environments; maintain documentation;

Qualifications

• 2+ years in IT support, help desk, systems administration, or technical ops; MSP experience preferred.
• Foundational knowledge of virtualization, server administration, cloud, and networking.
• Experience with Windows Server, AD, DNS, Azure, and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Provide world‑class customer support forImpact Networking customer environments.
• Handle server, workstation, and cloud incidents, changes, and requests; restore service and document work.
• Monitor and escalate issues; follow established troubleshooting procedures.
• Document work and track time in HaloPSA; communicate ticket status clearly to customers.
• Maintain system documentation and assist with capacity planning and lifecycle initiatives.
