Job summary

Impact Networking is seeking a TOC Systems Engineer to join our Managed IT team in IL. You will support customer systems infrastructure and desktop computing, partnering with end users, teams, and vendors to restore services across servers, storage, cloud, and applications.

You will assist with monitoring, troubleshooting, documentation, and implementing changes under guidance, developing expertise across multiple technologies while delivering exceptional client support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in IT support, help desk, or sys admin; MSP exp preferred.
• Foundational knowledge of virtualization, cloud, and networking.
• Experience with Windows Server, AD, Azure, M365, backup solutions, and monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class support for customer environments.
• Handle incidents, changes, and service requests; restore service and document actions.
• Monitor infrastructure and follow defined troubleshooting procedures; escalate as needed.
