Job summary

Impact Networking, LLC is seeking a TOC Systems Engineer to join its Managed IT team under Service Operations. You will support customer systems infrastructure and desktop computing, collaborating with end users, internal teams, and vendors to restore service across servers, workstations, applications, and cloud services.

This role develops technical expertise across multiple technologies while delivering exceptional customer support, participating in training and certification, and providing

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in IT support, help desk, sys admin, or technical ops; MSP exp preferred.
• Foundational knowledge of virtualization, server administration, cloud tech, endpoint support, and networking concepts.
• Experience with Windows Server, VMware/ESXi, AD, DNS/IP management, Azure, M365, Azure Virtual Desktop, backup/DR (Datto).
• Familiarity with ITIL/service management and HaloPSA platform is a plus.
• Strong communication, time management, and ability to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer support for Impact Networking environments.
• Resolve incidents, changes, and service requests; document work and close cases per process.
• Monitor infrastructure; verify alerts; follow troubleshooting procedures and escalate as needed.
• Communicate status to customers clearly and professionally; maintain client relationships.
• Assist with backup, patch management, monitoring, and routine system administration tasks.
• Document work and track time in HaloPSA; maintain timelines and evidence.
