Job summary

Impact Networking, LLC seeks a TOC Systems Engineer to join its Managed IT organization under Service Operations. You will support customer systems, server, storage, and cloud environments, and collaborate with end users and vendors to restore service.

You will assist with monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining environments while documenting procedures and gaining exposure to multiple technologies. On‑call rotations are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in IT support, help desk, systems administration, or technical operations.
• Foundational knowledge of virtualization, server administration, cloud technologies, endpoint support, and networking concepts.
• Experience with Windows Server, VMware/ESXi, Active Directory, DNS and routing.

Responsibilities

• Provide world‑class customer support and technical assistance for customer environments.
• Handle incidents, change orders, and service requests by restoring service and documenting work.
• Monitor infrastructure, verify alerts, and escalate complex issues appropriately.
• Follow procedures for ticket updates, escalation, and closure.
• Document work and track time in HaloPSA with evidence and resolutions.
• Maintain client familiarity and participate in training and certification.
