Job summary

Integris is seeking a Systems Technician to provide frontline IT support for end-user devices, Microsoft 365 applications, and basic networking. You will be the first point of contact via phone, email, and client portal, handling tickets from inception to resolution with a focus on customer service and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Entry-level certifications (A+, Google IT, Microsoft Fundamentals, Network+) encouraged.
• Experience in MSP, help desk, or multi-client IT support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline technical support for end-user devices and Microsoft 365 apps.
• Document work and ensure ticket accuracy for billing and support.
• Escalate complex issues to Systems Admins or Engineers per SOPs.
• Collaborate with teammates to resolve client issues and share knowledge.
