The Role

We’re seeking a Senior Engineer to lead our Projects Team—a technical “Swiss Army Knife” who is just as comfortable building out infrastructure as they are designing secure networks. This is a hands-on role leading migrations, deployments, and high-impact initiatives across cloud and on-prem environments. If you enjoy variety, challenge, and taking ownership from start to finish, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

Lead cloud migration projects (Azure, M365, G-Suite).
Configure, deploy, and maintain Windows Servers and virtual environments (Hyper-V & VMware).
Plan and execute infrastructure buildouts for SMB clients.
Design and optimize customer networks with Fortinet and Meraki firewalls, switches, and wireless solutions.
Implement and manage security policies, VPNs, and monitoring tools.
Troubleshoot and migrate SharePoint and other collaboration platforms.
Serve as a senior escalation point, guiding the projects team through complex deployments.

What We’re Looking For

Strong networking skills, including VLANs, routing, NAT, and Layer 2/3 fundamentals.
Proven experience deploying and managing Fortinet and Meraki firewalls/switches.
Solid grasp of networking/security protocols: TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, IPsec, SSL/TLS, ACLs.
Comfort with both cloud and on-prem environments.
Ability to manage projects end-to-end with minimal oversight.
