Qualifications

• Typically requires a degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related STEM field with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in GNC systems, navigation sensors, or guidance and control algorithms.
• Proficiency with MATLAB, Python, C, C++, and object-oriented design.
• Ability to obtain Interim Secret security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
• Experience with system modeling, testing, and data analysis to improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, simulate, and evaluate control and navigation algorithms for autonomous systems.
• Build dynamic models and simulations to evaluate behavior and support design trades.
• Analyze test data to assess performance and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, software, systems, and test teams to integrate complex systems.
• Apply model-based design and simulation to reduce development cycles.
