Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in systems engineering.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in MIS, CS or related field.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS or Azure.
• Understanding of CI/CD and automation.
• Knowledge of security best practices for system operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust systems and services in cloud and on-prem environments.
• Implement software engineering best practices to ensure performance and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improvements.
• Develop, test, troubleshoot, and document systems and processes.
• Provide level three support for areas of expertise.
• Design and script workflows and data models in ServiceNow SAM Pro/Enterprise.
• Build and maintain data pipelines, APIs, and discovery patterns.
