Job summary
Sentinel Group is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Systems Engineer (ServiceNow/Cloud) to provide technical leadership for ServiceNow administration, development, and upgrades, plus support for AWS cloud resources, Linux systems, databases, and APIs. The role emphasizes secure, scalable solutions in a controlled environment with emphasis on automation and CI/CD.
The candidate will integrate AI-enabled capabilities into workflows and ensure reliable data access across enterprise applications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is required or equivalent experience.
- Experience with ServiceNow administration, development, configuration, or integration is required.
- Experience supporting AWS cloud environments and Linux servers is necessary.
Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and optimize the enterprise ServiceNow platform.
- Plan and execute ServiceNow upgrades and patches.
- Develop, configure, and troubleshoot APIs and integrations.
- Support AWS services, Lambda, API Gateway, and cloud resources.
