Job summary

Worky is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Systems Engineer (ServiceNow/Cloud) to lead and implement enterprise ServiceNow solutions and cloud infrastructure. You will own platform administration, upgrades, integrations, and automation, while also supporting AWS, Linux, databases, and CI/CD pipelines in a highly controlled environment.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance with a current CI Polygraph.
• Experience supporting enterprise IT systems in secure or mission-critical environments.
• Experience with ServiceNow administration, development, configuration, or integration.
• Working knowledge of Linux operating system administration.
• Experience supporting AWS cloud environments.
• Experience developing or supporting system integrations and APIs.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues spanning applications, infrastructure, databases, and cloud services.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with technical teams, customers, cybersecurity personnel, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, maintain, and optimize the enterprise ServiceNow platform.
• Perform ServiceNow application administration and implement patches, updates, and changes.
• Plan and execute annual ServiceNow platform upgrades.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow functionality to meet customer requirements.
• Develop custom ServiceNow applications, business logic, workflows, and integrations using JavaScript.
• Troubleshoot ServiceNow performance, functionality, and integration issues.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve workflows.
• Linux administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Support AWS cloud environments and Lambda functions.
• Configure API Gateway integrations and secure data access.
• Design and maintain scalable, secure cloud-based solutions.
• Manage MariaDB/RDS databases and ensure availability.
