Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a ServiceNow professional to design, configure, and extend platform capabilities across incident, change, service catalog, knowledge, and approvals. The role emphasizes building CMDB/CSDM, ITOM discovery, mapping, and reliable data exchange with enterprise systems.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience including scripting, integrations, and APIs; certification is preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, Engineering or equivalent.
4+ years hands-on ServiceNow platform experience in configuration, development, integration, administration or production support.
3+ years ServiceNow IT Service Management experience.
Hands-on with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, access controls, JavaScript, Integration Hub and APIs.

Responsibilities

Design, configure, develop, test, deploy, troubleshoot, and support ServiceNow capabilities using native features and low-code automation.
Improve and support incident, problem, change, service catalog, knowledge, approvals, and operational workflows.
Build and maintain CMDB and Common Service Data Model capabilities and data quality controls.
Configure ITOM capabilities including Discovery, Service Mapping, MID Servers, and Event Management.
