Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve application issues with moderate direction from senior staff.
• Participate in application field investigations and interface with field staff.
• Participate in data analysis and development of reports.
• Participate in application training and in development of training materials.
• Develop business processes and functional requirements for applications.
• Assist staff in investigating root causes and engaging IT as necessary.
• Support development of test plans and testing materials.
