Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 years of IT systems support with High School Diploma or GED.
• 4 years of IT systems support with Associate Degree in IT or Business.
• 2 years of IT systems support with Bachelor’s Degree in IT or Business.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve application issues with moderate direction from senior staff.
• Participate in application field investigations and interface with field staff.
• Participate in data analysis and develop reports.
• Assist in development of training plans and materials.
• Perform application administrative functions and support root-cause analysis.
• Contribute to defining business processes and functional requirements for applications.
• Provide guidance on proper use of applications across the corporation.
