Qualifications

• 4 years IT systems support with Associate Degree in business or IT.
• 2 years IT systems support with Bachelor's Degree in business or IT.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve application issues with moderate direction from senior staff.
• Participate in application field investigations and interface with field staff.
• Participate in data analysis.
• Participate in process design and develop business cases.
• Participate in application training.
• Participate in field user group activities.
• Perform application administrative functions with moderate direction from senior staff.
• Participate in the Development of test plans and testing.
• Partipate in the development of training plans/materials and training.
• Participate in the collection of user requirements from field users.
• Discuss technical issues competently with team members and end users.
• Exhibit a moderate level of understanding of application functionality and associated business process.
