Formación

• 4 years of IT systems support with High School Diploma or GED.
• 2 years of IT systems support with Associate Degree in business or IT.
• 0 years of IT systems support with Bachelor’s Degree in business or IT.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate, analyze and resolve application issues with moderate direction from senior staff.
• Perform data analysis and develop reports; assist with application administrative functions.
• Participate in development of training materials and user training plans.
• Coordinate with BSAs/FSAs to define IT Work Requests and Business Cases.
