Job summary

Cleartech Recruiting is representing an investment management client seeking a skilled Systems Administrator to oversee Windows, Linux, VMware, and cloud infrastructure. The role is hands-on and high-visibility across trading technology, reporting to the CTO and Engineering teams.

Primary duties include infrastructure provisioning, security, and performance optimization. The ideal candidate will combine 5+ years of enterprise IT experience with financial services exposure, strong AD/Azure AD

Qualifications

5+ years of experience managing enterprise IT infrastructure.
Experience in financial services or regulated environments preferred.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Experience with Windows Active Directory/Azure AD and Microsoft 365.
Bonus: Ansible configuration management experience.

Responsibilities

Maintain and build out infrastructure including HQ servers and offsite data centers.
Support mixed Windows Server/Microsoft 365 and Linux environments.
Provision and configure AWS EC2 and manage VMware vSphere environments.
Oversee network services (DNS, DHCP, VLANs) and enterprise firewalls.
Handle physical server tasks such as rack, cabling, diagnostics and part replacement.
