Qualifications

• 3+ years of Systems Administrator or 5+ years IT Support experience.
• Ability to analyze and interpret common scientific and technical journals.
• Must qualify for a Class 'A' gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Monitor existing systems to ensure performance and uptime.
• Provide level 2 and 3 escalation support for the IT Support Center.
• Research, evaluate, and recommend new hardware and applications.
