Job summary

ICE Clear Europe Limited is seeking a Systems Administrator to maintain Windows and Linux servers, ensure security, and improve performance across production and non-production environments. You will automate common tasks and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable IT services.

The role emphasizes incident response, access management in Active Directory, and documenting configurations for internal knowledge sharing. Strong scripting and automation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with managing Windows and Linux servers in production and non-production environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot performance and availability issues and automate repetitive tasks.
• Familiarity with AD, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls, and basic networking concepts.
• Experience with system automation tools such as Ansible or Puppet.
• Knowledge of scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Python) for automation.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Windows and Linux servers for stable performance.
• Troubleshoot issues to maintain uptime and reliability.
• Collaborate with teams to restore services during incidents.
• Automate tasks using Bash, PowerShell or Python.
• Respond to system alerts and resolve issues promptly.
• Manage user access and permissions within Active Directory.
• Document configurations and troubleshooting guides for knowledge sharing.
• Ensure systems comply with internal IT policies and security standards.
