Job summary

Integris is seeking a Systems Administrator to manage desktop, server, networking, virtualization, Microsoft 365, and cloud infrastructure while maintaining security best practices. You will act as the primary escalation point for complex issues and support multiple client environments, including remote or on-site engagements.

You will mentor junior technicians, contribute to knowledge bases, and align with ITIL practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
• Valid driver’s license.
• At least one intermediate certification is preferred: Network+, Security+, AZ-900, AZ-104, MS-102, CCNA, AI-103.

Responsibilities

• Ticket Management: work tickets per SLA and escalate when needed.
• Provide advanced end-user, server, networking, and cloud support.
• Mentor Systems Technicians and contribute to documentation and SOPs.
• Collaborate with MSP tools and documentation platforms for efficient operations.
• Demonstrate ITIL awareness and adhere to SOPs and policies.
• Leverage AI tools to improve troubleshooting and knowledge management.
