Veriipro is seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to provide onsite IT support in a warehouse environment. The role focuses on troubleshooting Windows servers, printers, hardware, software, and network connectivity while managing support tickets and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Key responsibilities include administering Windows Server environments (preferably 2016+), managing Windows Print Server services, and supporting AD, MDM, DHCP, and DNS as needed.

Formación

• 5–7 years of Windows Server administration experience, preferably Windows Server 2016 or later.
• Windows Print Server administration and troubleshooting.
• Printer configuration and troubleshooting across multiple makes and models.
• Windows troubleshooting using Event Viewer, command-line utilities, and application logs.
• Basic TCP/IP networking and network connectivity troubleshooting.
• Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, and ticket management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support Zebra printers and warehouse-related IT equipment.
• Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and system configurations.
