Job summary

Bmore Technology is hiring a Systems Administrator to join our White Marsh service team as the Level 2 escalation point, handling complex problems, maintaining healthy client networks, and guiding the Level 1 team.

The role requires 2–3 years of hands-on IT experience with multiple certifications and a strong ability to explain technical issues to clients in plain language. We offer work-from-home flexibility based on the on-call schedule and a White Marsh base.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hands-on IT experience with multiple certifications
• Experience supporting multiple clients in MSP/IT consulting
• Ability to explain technical issues in plain language to non-technical clients
• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Own the escalations — take on the complex technical problems our Level 1 team hands up, and see them through to resolution
• Talk directly with clients — explain what’s happening in plain language and work toward solutions together
• Keep client networks healthy — maintain network design and integrity, spot technical risks early, and drive down reactive tickets
• Shape how we work — help build our Standards Library and contribute to incident-management best practices
• Coordinate complex projects and mentor teammates along the way
• Share the on-call rotation for after-hours support
