Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated issues across Microsoft 365, Windows, endpoints, servers, and networking.
• Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, Microsoft 365 users, licensing, permissions, Intune, and device management.
• Troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls, and general network connectivity.
• Support SonicWall and Cisco Meraki environments.
• Assist with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID migrations, workstation refreshes, office moves, and infrastructure projects.
• Support Windows Server, Hyper-V or VMware, backups, MFA, and endpoint security.
• Use PSA and RMM tools to manage tickets, devices, patching, documentation, and time entries.
• Work directly with clients remotely and onsite when needed

We are a growing Cloud and Cybersecurity Managed Services Provider hiring a System Administrator Level 2 to take ownership of escalated support issues across multiple client environments.

This is a hybrid WFH role with a mix of remote support and local client site work. You will handle Tier 2 escalations, support Microsoft cloud and infrastructure environments, assist with projects, and have a clear path toward Tier 3, architecture, and senior escalation responsibilities.

What You Will Work On

What We Are Looking For

• 2+ years of MSP or multi-client IT support experience
• Strong Tier 2 troubleshooting and escalation experience
• Hands on experience across Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows, networking, and endpoint support
• Familiarity with PSA and RMM platforms such as Kaseya, ConnectWise, Autotask, or Datto
• Experience with Intune, Autopilot, SonicWall, Cisco Meraki, Windows Server, virtualization, or PowerShell is a plus
• Strong client communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local client visits
