Job summary

Intelligent Technical Solutions is seeking a System Administrator to provide both onsite and remote IT support. You will tackle a range of issues from workstation OS problems to server and virtualization tasks, while delivering top-tier customer service and precise problem solving.

The role requires 3+ years in IT support, familiarity with Windows/Mac, VMware/Hyper-V, Azure and M365. A valid driver's license and ability to visit client sites are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT Support or similar role.
• Willing to work full-time on-site as required at office or client locations.
• Experience with Windows and Mac OS troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Resolve workstation OS issues and printer problems.
• Troubleshoot standard business applications (Office) and line-of-business apps with vendor support.
• Handle M365 administration and Azure-related tasks.
• Address server and virtualization issues (VMware/Hyper-V).
• SupportActive Directory, backup software, cybersecurity, and endpoint devices.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend support.
