Pace Labs in Lenexa, KS is seeking a IT systems administrator to install, troubleshoot, and maintain PC hardware, servers, and network services. You will support desktop software, manage user accounts, and collaborate with regional IT teams to ensure reliable operations.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in CS/IS and at least two years' experience; strong knowledge of TCP/IP, Windows, PBX/VoIP, and security practices is expected.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
• Minimum two years of experience installing and troubleshooting PC/network/server hardware and software.

Responsibilities

• Install, test, document, and maintain LAN systems and equipment; troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
• Manage user accounts and directory services; create groups and computers in email for users/sites.
• Install and maintain PCs across Pace locations; customize software and ensure vendor hardware/software function.
• Maintain communications between departmental PCs and network systems; troubleshoot and ensure proper operation.
• Monitor data, voice and internet services; escalate outages to vendor and communicate impact to users.
