Job summary

Pace® Labs in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Systems Administrator I to provide hands-on IT support for desktops, servers, networking, and office tech. You will install, troubleshoot, and maintain hardware and software, manage accounts, and support voice/data services across Pace locations.

The role emphasizes documentation, on-call support, collaboration with IT teams, and adherence to security practices. A bachelor's degree and 2 years' experience are expected; normal business hours

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field; 2+ years of PC/Network/Server hardware & software experience.
• Experience with network and server hardware installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Strong written and spoken English; ability to document procedures clearly.

Responsibilities

• Install, test, document, and maintain LAN systems and equipment; troubleshoot hardware/software problems.
• Manage user accounts, access, passwords; create groups and accounts in directory services and email.
• Install and maintain PCs across Pace locations; customize software and ensure vendor compatibility.
• Maintain communications systems between departmental PCs and networks; troubleshoot issues.
