You will lead projects, create SOPs, manage incidents, and collaborate with IT stakeholders to align technology with business goals while maintaining strong operational discipline and hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in systems administration or related field.
• 2+ years leading or mentoring technical teams.
• Strong hands-on experience with Active Directory environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and provide technical direction to a team of three Systems Administrators.
• Administer and maintain AD/Entra ID environments with identity lifecycle management.
• Design, build, and maintain Azure infrastructure and VMware virtualization.
