Job summary

95 Percent Group seeks a Manager, IT to lead the daily management of the company’s IT infrastructure, applications, and operations from its Lincolnshire, IL HQ. This hands-on leader will guide the IT team, drive security controls, and oversee cloud environments across AWS and Azure while maintaining compliance programs.

The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on problem solving, vendor relations, and budget planning to scale IT services as the organization grows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years in IT management, IT operations, or systems administration with people management.
• Hands-on experience with Windows and macOS environments; ability to lead hands-on work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT infrastructure, applications, and operations to ensure reliable access for employees.
• Lead and develop the IT team while handling hands-on technical work as needed.
• Develop and execute an automation roadmap for IT operations and device provisioning.
