Job summary

Ntiva is seeking a Systems Engineer to drive project planning, design, implementation, and documentation for client IT initiatives. You’ll work with PMs and SSEs to deploy solutions and provide remote or onsite support, while ensuring customer satisfaction and clear communication.

The role demands 3–7 years of related experience, strong MS 365/Azure/Entra expertise, and hands-on skills in Active Directory, networking, and virtualization. Hybrid schedule in the Chicagoland area is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline; equivalent experience acceptable.
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., role-based, CCNA/CCNP, VMware) preferred.
• Experience with ConnectWise, SCCM, or similar service management system.
• MSP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and design IT projects for clients; implement and deploy solutions.
• Provide network administration and support remotely or onsite as needed.
• Document migrations and infrastructure changes for steady-state support.
• Collaborate with PMs and SSEs to ensure project success.
• Configure and build AD infrastructure and cloud integrations (Azure AD, Entra).
