Job summary

Eagle One Solutions, Inc. seeks a Senior Systems Administrator to provide advanced systems administration, operational support, and technical leadership for enterprise IT services across hybrid environments. You will ensure availability, performance, and security while guiding modernization initiatives and incident response.

The role requires 7+ years of experience, hands‑on Entra ID management, and strong collaboration with internal teams and vendors to deliver reliable IT services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience administering enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Experience with hybrid on‑premises and cloud environments.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Experience troubleshooting complex server, app, and integration issues.
• Experience with ServiceNow for incident and change management.
• Knowledge of documenting systems, procedures, and configurations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support enterprise hardware, software, cloud and hybrid environments.
• Ensure interoperability and integration of business applications and research platforms.
• Manage Microsoft Entra ID provisioning, authentication, and RBAC.
• Provide operational support via ServiceNow incident and problem management.
• Diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure and application issues.
• Monitor health and capacity; perform proactive maintenance and optimization.
• Create and maintain technical docs and runbooks.
• Coordinate with IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to meet service delivery goals.
• Lead incident reviews and drive corrective actions to improve reliability.
• Support modernization efforts, upgrades, and migrations while upholding security policies.
