Job summary

FusionTek, a Managed Services Provider, seeks a Technical Support Engineer II (Systems Analyst) to support multiple client environments with varied tech stacks. This hybrid role involves remote work, DC metro area office visits, and client-site travel as needed.

You will troubleshoot Windows, macOS, servers, networking, and cloud services, mentor Level I techs, and maintain documentation in Autotask and internal knowledge bases.

Qualifications

• CompTIA A+ and/or Network+ certification required; must be obtained within 6 months if not held.
• Experience supporting Windows 10/11, macOS, and Windows Server 2016–2022.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and on-site client support for MSP environments.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across Windows, networking, and cloud services.
• Mentor Level I technicians and document knowledge in Autotask and internal wiki.
• Configure and manage SonicWall firewalls, Datto networking, and VOIP with Teams.
