Job summary

Intelerad, headquartered in Raleigh, NC, seeks a System Support Analyst I to provide real-time remote technical support for InteleShare customers on a Mon-Fri 2pm-10:30pm Eastern shift. You’ll ensure software configuration, diagnose issues, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have strong Windows administration and customer service skills, with experience in SQL Server, ServiceNow, and remote desktop tools.

Qualifications

2+ years of Windows administration and technical customer support.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems for servers and workstations.
Demonstrated customer service excellence with client-facing skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with attention to detail.
Ability to work remotely using secure connections, phone, and remote tools.

Responsibilities

Provide responsive technical support by addressing customer problems via phone and portal.
Diagnose and resolve complex issues relating to software applications, Windows OS, and SQL Server databases.
Maintain documentation by logging incidents in ServiceNow for knowledge sharing.
Configure and deploy software solutions to support customer deployments.
Ensure SLA compliance and escalate as needed to other teams.
Contribute to knowledge base and support process improvements.
Night shift coverage Mon-Fri 2pm-10:30pm ET.
