Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficient with diverse hardware, mobile devices, software, peripherals and networking.
• Imaging and deploying Windows/macOS for customers.
• Installing printers and local/network peripherals.
• Migrating user data and profiles.
• Documenting technical support processes and procedures.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow for ticket tracking.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects as directed by supervisor and coordinate team efforts.
• Create and maintain documentation of IT processes and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and protect data integrity.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve client issues and improve service quality.
