Job summary

Intelerad is seeking a System Support Analyst I for a remote night-shift role (Mon-Fri, 2pm–10:30pm Eastern). The position focuses on real-time technical support for InteleShare, configuring software, and ensuring high service levels for hospital networks and imaging facilities.

The role requires Windows administration expertise, strong communication skills in English, and the ability to work remotely with secure connections. Prior SaaS or healthcare IT experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Windows administration and technical customer support.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems for servers/workstations.
• Demonstrated customer service excellence with strong client-facing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with attention to detail.
• Proven ability to work remotely using secure connections, remote desktop tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive technical support via phone and portal, monitor client sites, and manage cases to exceed customer expectations.
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to software, Windows OS, SQL Server, and related technologies to minimize downtime.
• Maintain detailed incident records in ServiceNow to support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• Configure and deploy InteleShare software, edit configuration files, and ensure customer systems meet requirements.
• Ensure SLA compliance by prioritizing work, escalating when needed, and meeting support specifications.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing by publishing Knowledge Base articles and supporting improvement projects.
