Intelerad’s System Support Specialist I role focuses on delivering reliable, responsive technical support for radiology IT systems across hospitals and clinics. You will diagnose and resolve issues affecting patient care, working with radiologists, technologists, and IT staff to minimize downtime and keep clinical workflows running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in Healthcare IT, experience with PACS/RIS/VNA, and knowledge of DICOM/HL7/IHE interoperability.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of Healthcare IT experience with exposure to radiology systems
• Working knowledge of PACS/RIS/VNA and medical imaging workflows
• Familiarity with DICOM, HL7, IHE
• Experience with Windows Server environments and networking
• Experience with ticketing systems (Salesforce, ZenDesk, ServiceNow)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to diagnose issues and escalate appropriately
• Clear, professional communication with technical and clinical staff
• HIPAA compliance understanding and ability to handle sensitive data

Aufgaben

• Deliver technical support for radiology IT systems (RIS, PACS, VNA) ensuring system availability
• Collaborate with radiologists, technologists, and IT to diagnose and resolve issues
• Support interoperability standards (DICOM, HL7, IHE) and EHR integrations
• Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions for knowledge base
• Maintain patient data privacy and security
• Shift: 11am–7:30pm Eastern, Monday–Friday
